Redevelopment of a Keystone Building in downtown Williamston, Michigan, in partnership with the City of Williamston, Michigan Economic Development Corporation, Michigan State Housing and Development Authority, State Historic Preservation Office and my many partners and friends. Mix use of building to include Tavern 109 as the first floor tenant, and a mixture of affordable housing and market rate rental units. Project goals were to restore the building to its original 1874 design and to provide sustainable and creative occupancies for the buildings interior. Project was the first in the State to combine this level of Public Funding in a rural community. Tavern 109 opened in February of 2012. Call 517-655-3616 about apartment leasing opportunities.
